The office will be closed the week of May 30 - June 3, 2022 for an office-wide vacation. Dr Hammerbeck and her staff will not be working this week. Messages will not be checked or responded to, and prescriptions will not be sent to the pharmacy during this time.

The office is open on Wednesdays 10:00 am to 5:30 pm

Patients must be fully vaccinated to enter the office for any reason.

Dr. Hammerbeck is still providing telehealth appointments for her patients. However, new regulations stipulate an in-office visit must be scheduled at least every six months.

All patients must provide a credit or debit card to be kept on file for appointments and prescriptions fees.

Office visit and prescription fees will increase on June 1, 2022.
